Who Cleanz24 is
Cleanz24 has two lines of business under one name. One is premium laundry and dry cleaning with doorstep pickup. The other is a car spa: paint protection film, ceramic and graphene coatings, and detailing. Both run out of studios, and Cleanz24 sells the studio model as a franchise.
That gives the website two very different visitors. Someone in Vaishali wants to know if there's a studio near them that will collect a suit tomorrow. Someone in Lucknow or Pune wants to know what a franchise costs and what support comes with it. A site that tries to talk to both on the same page serves neither, so most of our work was about keeping them apart.
What we did
A page for every studio
Each studio and the area it serves got its own page: address, services, hours, photos and a map, written for that locality rather than copied with the town name swapped. Every page carries its own local business schema, so Google can tie the page to the right studio and the right Google Business Profile.
Google Business Profiles that match the site
Each studio's profile got the right categories, its services listed, real photos, regular posts and replies to every review. The name, address and phone match the studio page exactly, because mismatches between the two cost map rankings.
Laundry and car spa kept apart
Garment care and car care are searched by different people with different words. They get separate pages and separate internal links, so a search for dry cleaning doesn't land on a page about ceramic coating.
Franchise pages for the whole of India
Franchise enquiries come from everywhere, so those pages are written for investors: the model, the investment, the support and the numbers people actually ask about.
Ads and social alongside
Google Ads, Meta ads and social media run in parallel for both the services and franchise leads. They bring enquiries while SEO builds, and the search terms that convert in ads tell us which pages to strengthen next.
Reading the chart
The biggest single step came in the first week of August. Daily impressions went from under 1,000 to around 2,000 within a few days, and clicks rose from 10 to 25 a day to about 50. A step like that usually means Google has indexed a batch of new pages and started showing them.
Through September, impressions eased back to around 1,500 a day, but clicks held at 40 to 55 and touched 70 on the best day. Fewer people saw Cleanz24, but more of the people who did saw it near the top and clicked. That's the kind of dip we don't worry about.
From mid-October both lines climbed together. By the end of the month Cleanz24 was getting more than 3,000 impressions and 60 to 70 clicks on its best days, eight times where it started.
What other multi-location businesses can take from it
- One page per location beats one page listing every location. Google ranks pages, not businesses, and a studio page with real local detail can rank where a list can't.
- The Google profile and the page should say the same thing. Same name, same address, same phone, same services.
- Separate audiences need separate pages. Customers and franchise buyers search differently and want different answers.
- Judge SEO by the trend, not the week. The September dip looked bad on impressions alone; clicks told the real story.
