How patients compare dentists
| What they type | What they're deciding |
|---|---|
| "dentist near me open Sunday" | Who's close and available now |
| "dental implant cost in Delhi" | Whether the treatment fits their budget |
| "clear aligners vs braces" | Which treatment to ask about |
| "root canal painful or not" | Whether to stop putting it off |
| "[clinic name] reviews" | Whether to trust a clinic they've found |
A dental clinic site with a homepage, an "about" page and a list of treatments in one paragraph answers none of these well. Each one deserves its own page.
What we build for dental clinics
Google Business Profile
The right primary category (Dentist, Cosmetic dentist, Orthodontist, Endodontist or Pediatric dentist), each treatment listed as a service, real photos of the clinic and chairs, and accurate hours. This is where most new patients find a dentist.
One page per treatment
Implants, aligners, braces, root canal treatment, crowns, whitening and children's dentistry, each explaining the procedure, number of sittings, recovery and what affects cost. Written in plain language and checked by your dentist.
Cost pages
Price ranges for common treatments and what moves the price: the implant system, the type of crown, the number of aligner trays. Patients search for cost before almost anything else.
Dentist profiles
BDS or MDS qualifications, specialty, State Dental Council registration number, years in practice and the languages each dentist speaks. Facts, not adjectives.
Reviews, honestly
A simple request after treatment, with no discount, freebie or "review us for a free cleaning". We don't filter out unhappy patients before they reach Google, and we reply to every review.
Practo and directories
Your clinic's name, address and phone matching exactly across Practo, Justdial, Sulekha and Google, so none of them contradicts the others.
Advertising rules for dentists
Dentists in India are regulated by the Dental Council of India, not the National Medical Commission, so the NMC's October 2026 advertising guidelines for doctors don't directly apply to a dental clinic. The DCI has its own code of ethics on advertising, and you should check it, or ask your State Dental Council, before you publish promotional content.
Our policy for dental clients is to work to the stricter standard anyway. We don't put patient testimonials or before-and-after galleries on your website, we don't write "best dentist in [city]" titles, and we don't promise results. That keeps your site safe if the rules tighten, and it reads as more trustworthy to patients.
If your clinic also has doctors, a dermatologist or a hair-transplant surgeon on the team, their pages fall under the NMC guidelines. Our healthcare SEO page covers those rules.
Common mistakes on dental websites
- "Best dental clinic in Delhi" in the title tag, which helps nobody and invites trouble
- Treatment pages copied from an implant manufacturer's brochure
- Only the senior dentist named, so the associates who treat most patients are invisible
- A Google profile set to the generic "Dental clinic" category with no services listed
- A "free check-up" offer as the only reason given to visit
Who we've worked with
We haven't named a dental client on this site yet. Our closest healthcare client is Pehal Healthcare. If you want to see dental work before you decide, ask us for an audit of your own clinic's profile and site; it's free, and it will show you exactly how we think.
What 90 days usually covers
- Weeks 1–4: Google Business Profile categories and services, directory consistency, a compliance pass on your existing site, and call and WhatsApp tracking.
- Weeks 5–8: treatment and cost pages for your three most profitable treatments, dentist profiles, dental schema and a review process.
- Weeks 9–12: the remaining treatment pages, a children's dentistry or orthodontics section if you offer it, and a report on calls, bookings and direction requests.
Most dental SEO retainers fall between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000 a month, depending on the number of dentists, treatments and branches. We work on flat retainers, not per patient. We confirm the figure in writing after a free audit.
